Big change. Lots of moving parts.
But is it all joining up?
Between strategy and delivery is the messy middle - where priorities compete, teams disconnect, leaders lose alignment and communications struggles to cut through.
I help you join the dots - across strategy, delivery, people, change and communications to create clarity, alignment and a practical way forward
DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?
❌ There’s lots happening, but it isn’t all joining up different projects, priorities and teams are all pulling in different directions.
❌ Leaders aren’t fully aligned and are saying different things, creating confusion and eroding trust.
❌ Project plans work on paper, but not necessarily in the business, dependencies, capacity or the reality of how people work haven’t been fully or realistically thought through.
❌Change, people and comms considerations are brought in too late, rushed, reactive, and more about ticking a box than driving engagement.
❌ Your comms team is stretched too thin, caught in firefighting mode instead of driving a strategy.
The fix? I’ll help identify the gaps, connect the moving parts and help you turn complexity into a clear and practical way forward - while building the capability in your teams to keep the work moving long after I’ve stepped away.
WHAT DO YOU NEED HELP WITH?
-
One challenge. 90 focused minutes. A fresh, experienced perspective to cut through the noise, challenge thinking and get you unstuck.
This might look like: a project that’s stalled, sense-checking your approach to a major announcement or change, thinking through a difficult people or engagement challenge, working out the right stakeholder and channels mix for your organisation or getting an outside perspective on something you’ve been going round in circles with.
You’ll walk away with a clear diagnosis, practical solutions and 3-5 high impact actions you can implement immediately.
-
For bigger challenges where you need experienced support to step back, bring the right thinking, people and perspectives together, and shape a clear way forward.
This might look like: shaping the approach to a major change, getting leaders aligned before you move into delivery, bringing different teams together around a shared challenge, reviewing the programme readiness before it enters it’s next phase.
I’ll work with you to understand what you’re aiming to achieve and help shape the approach. Depending on what’s needed, that could include stakeholder conversations, research and insight, workshops, planning session or event design and facilitation.
-
For larger pieces of work where you need experienced support alongside your team to turn plans into action and keep things moving.
This might look like: setting up or resetting the change, engagement or communications around a major transformation, turning strategy into a practical plan and helping deliver it, reshaping how a function works, building the capability of leaders and teams or stepping into an important piece of work that needs additional experience, capacity and momentum.
I can take a lead on a defined piece of work or work as an extension of your team over a longer period - joining the dots between the big picture and the detail required to get change delivered and embedded.
And I won’t leave you dependent on me. I’ll build capability as we go, sharing the thinking, tools and practical know-how your teams need to keep the work moving long after I’ve stepped away.
A PRACTICAL APPROACH TO MAKING CHANGE WORK
I’ve spent more than 20 years working across transformation, change, engagement and communications - and the one thing that comes up time and again is that successful change needs more than just a good plan.
It needs clarity on what you’re trying to achieve, an understanding of what could get in the way, involve the right people and create a story that they can make sense of, as well as the momentum to keep things moving and a way of knowing what’s actually working.
That’s why I developed the 6-Step CHANGE Framework - a practical approach I developed through years of working on real change, and one that I still use to structure and sense-check my work today.
The CHANGE Framework was featured in Rachel Miller’s 2026 book, Successful Change Communication: How to inform, involve and inspire employees.
